Your 14-day right to return
Under French consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return an item. You do not need to give a reason. The return period starts the day after delivery. For example, if your parcel arrives on 3 June, your return window runs from 4 June to 17 June inclusive.
How to return an item
Email info@bapedeal.com within the 14-day period.
Include your order number, the date and place of purchase, the item(s) you want to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the product in its current condition.
We will reply with a prepaid return label that you can download and print.
Pack the item securely and send it back using the label. Return shipping is free — we cover the cost.
Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will issue your refund.

Return conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, opened hygiene products, or personalised items.
Refund timing
After we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will refund you within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will notify you by email or phone once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This keeps stock availability and payment processing simple and transparent.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bapedeal.com. We will cover the return shipping and offer you a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. This is separate from your 14-day right to return and does not affect your legal rights.
