1. Who we are
   This website is operated by Bapedeal. Our registered office is at 13 rue de Lommerange, 57650 Fontoy, France.

2. These terms
   By placing an order on Bapedeal, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply to every sale made through this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.
3. Products and availability
   We sell the products shown on the website at the time you place your order. All products are subject to stock availability. We try to describe and photograph every item accurately, but slight differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
4. Prices and payment
   Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include French VAT. Shipping is free to mainland France. There are no hidden fees. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched.
5. Orders and cancellation
   When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming it. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
6. Right to cancel
   You have a 14-day right to return your order under French consumer law. The full process is explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
7. Liability
   We are responsible for delivering your order in good condition. However, we are not liable for damage caused by misuse of a product, normal wear and tear, or minor differences in colour or fit. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
8. Intellectual property
   All text, images, logos, and design elements on Bapedeal belong to Bapedeal or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission.
9. Personal data
   We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can access from the website footer. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under the GDPR.
10. Mediation and disputes
