Where we ship from
Bapedeal dispatches orders from our facility in Fontoy, France. We currently deliver only to mainland France (France métropolitaine). We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or addresses outside mainland France.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET on Friday are usually processed on the following Monday.
Delivery time
Once your parcel leaves our facility, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. This means the total time from order to delivery is typically 4–7 business days. During peak periods such as sales, public holidays, or exceptional transport disruptions, delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all orders to mainland France. There is no minimum order value.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel directly with the carrier.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it at the door if possible and contact us within 48 hours at info@bapedeal.com. Include photos of the parcel and its contents. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Taxes and currency
All prices on Bapedeal are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable French VAT. Because we ship only within mainland France, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.
